Taylor made everything possible from my original inquiry online; he reached out and help set up a time with me to come in. I was without a vehicle and he made sure I was able to walk out with one the same day, despite credit challenges. He worked with the finance manager, Stephen, to help us get approved for a decent loan rate at an affordable monthly rate. Taylor was there as support and answered all of my questions. He let me pick out some things I liked and had me test drive to get a feel for the car. I drove away today same day, despite credit issues and recent hard hits, in a Toyota Rav 4. It looks partially new. I picked this place due to the amazing reviews and great communication from Taylor. I can’t recommend this business enough; if you have credit issues, bankruptcy active or not, or even a repo (or all of the above) these folks will work with you. Just be present and provide them the info they need and they can’t get you in a car! I am impressed with the hard work and dedication the 3 gentleman in the office handled with me and other people. It was busy but everyone felt attended too and had positive feedback!
